1. Purpose

4Sight Education Ltd recognises its responsibility to minimise the environmental impact of its operations and to support customers in reducing theirs.

2. Our operating model

We operate as a cloud-first software business. We run no datacentres and own minimal hardware; production workloads run on managed cloud providers (Supabase EU, Vercel). Staff work remotely from home offices, which limits commuting and business travel. These choices keep our direct environmental footprint low.

3. Our commitments

Digital-first delivery. We deliver resources, reports, training and support digitally, reducing printing and travel; training is offered by webinar as well as in person where valued.
Responsible procurement. We favour suppliers and cloud providers with credible efficiency and sustainability practices, and keep provider efficiency under review.
Waste reduction. We minimise unnecessary hardware and dispose of redundant equipment responsibly.
Customer impact. By replacing paper-heavy or repeated in-person interventions with a persistent digital platform, we help schools reduce printing and travel associated with study-skills provision.

The Director is responsible for this policy and for keeping our environmental impact under review as the business grows.
