1. Purpose

4Sight Education Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. This policy sets out our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking, whether in our own operations or in our supply chain.

2. Scope and our risk profile

4Sight Education Ltd is a micro enterprise providing cloud-based educational software and training. We do not manufacture physical goods, operate no datacentres, and maintain a short, digital-services supply chain (principally cloud infrastructure and software providers). Our assessed risk of modern slavery within our operations and supply chain is therefore low. We are not a "relevant commercial organisation" under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (our turnover is below the £36m threshold), and publish this policy voluntarily as a matter of good practice.

3. Our commitments

4. Responsibilities

The Director holds overall responsibility for this policy and for ensuring our supplier relationships are consistent with it. Any concerns should be reported to the Director at admin@vespa.academy.

5. Review

This policy is reviewed annually, or sooner on material change to our operations or supply chain.

Signed: Antony Dennis, Director, 4Sight Education Ltd — June 2026
