1. Purpose

4Sight Education Ltd is committed to delivering high-quality educational software, training and support that meets the needs of the schools, colleges and trusts we serve, and that demonstrably benefits learners.

2. Our quality commitments

Evidence-informed product. VESPA Academy is built on the established VESPA model (Vision, Effort, Systems, Practice, Attitude) and developed in response to real classroom and post-16 needs.
Responsive service. We provide timely, professional support and tailor implementation and training to each customer's context.
Continuous improvement. We actively seek customer feedback and use it to improve the platform, resources and training.
Reliability. We maintain a stable, secure, well-supported platform and clear documentation for customers and their IT teams.

3. How we monitor quality

We monitor quality through customer feedback, support responsiveness, training evaluation, platform performance and customer references and renewals. Issues are logged, addressed and used to inform improvement.

4. Responsibilities

The Director holds overall responsibility for quality. All staff and associates are responsible for upholding these standards in their work.

5. Review

Reviewed annually, or sooner on material change.
