1. Purpose

4Sight Education Ltd is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment and to meeting its responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974. As an employer with fewer than five employees we are not legally required to maintain a written policy; we publish this voluntarily as a statement of our standards.

2. Our working environment

4Sight is an office-based digital business. Staff work remotely from home offices; work is low-risk and screen-based. The principal health and safety considerations are display screen equipment (DSE), good workstation set-up, and safe use of electrical equipment.

4. Responsibilities

The Director is responsible for health and safety. All staff are responsible for taking reasonable care of their own and others' safety and for reporting hazards.

Reviewed annually, or sooner on material change.
