1. Purpose
4Sight Education Ltd is committed to promoting equality, valuing diversity and ensuring inclusion in everything we do — both as an employer and in the design and delivery of our services. We comply with the Equality Act 2010.
2. Our commitments as an employer
- We do not discriminate on the grounds of any protected characteristic: age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
- We recruit, develop and treat staff and associates fairly and on merit.
- We will make reasonable adjustments to support disabled staff, contractors and applicants.
3. Our commitments in service delivery
- We design VESPA Academy to be usable by a wide range of learners and to support inclusive practice in schools (see our Accessibility Statement).
- We have supported a fully bilingual approach for schools in Wales, adapting resources to local need to ensure equitable access.
- We help schools support all learners — including those at risk of underperforming — to develop the behaviours that underpin success.
4. Responsibilities
The Director is responsible for this policy. Everyone working for or with 4Sight is expected to uphold it and to treat colleagues, customers and learners with dignity and respect.
5. Review
Reviewed annually, or sooner on material change.
